Houston, TX – May 27, 2021 – Pinnacle Storage Properties, based in Katy, Texas,
proudly announces its first acquisition in Louisiana. Storage Plus of Lake Charles is
the 26th addition to Pinnacle’s rapidly expanding portfolio.

Storage Plus of Lake Charles, formerly Cajun Storage, is located at 2255 LA-379,
Lake Charles, LA 70615. Not far from Lake Charles, Prien Lake, and the Calcasieu
River, It’s 189 miles from New Orleans and is the fifth-largest incorporated city in
