Houston, TX – August 13, 2019 – Pinnacle Storage Properties, based in Katy, Texas, proudly announces the acquisition of two more Texas properties, Storage Plus of Bellville and Storage Plus of Spicewood. These properties represent the 19th and 20th additions to the Pinnacle portfolio.

 Storage Plus of Bellville, formerly AAA Storage, located at 12085 Highway 36 South in Bellville, TX, approximately 64 miles from downtown Houston, provides a wide range of unit options; state-of-the-art security; climate-controlled storage; and vehicle, boat and RV storage; as well as a variety of amenities to business clients.
